Current position:
- Post-doctoral researcher at the BMBF-funded project “Modelling prehistoric hunting behavior” at the University of Cologne, led by Prof. Dr. Eleftheria Paliou and Dr. Tilman Lenssen-Erz
- Collaborator at Institute of Evolution in Africa (IDEA) in Madrid and member of The Olduvai Paleoanthropology and Paleoecology Project
Previous professional and teaching experience:
- 2021: Teaching Assistant at the Institute of Evolution in Africa (IDEA) in Madrid. Course for PhD students on taphonomic and zooarchaeological methods of analysis and their application to the faunal assemblage from the archaeological site AGS (Bed I, Olduvai Gorge)
- Since 2020: Co-direction of doctoral thesis (PhD Student: Lucía Villaescusa, University of Alcalá de Henares, Madrid).
- 2019-2020: Guest Lecturer at University of St. Louis (Madrid, Spain) in the degree of Anthropology. Introductory lectures on human evolution
- 2016 – 2018: Teaching Assistant: Lectures and seminars in the subjects Paleolithic Archaeology, Taphonomy and Quantitative Archaeology at Complutense University of Madrid in degree of Archaeology (128 hours)
- June – July 2017: Teaching Assistant at the paleoanthropological field school at Olduvai Gorge (Tanzania) of the University of North Carolina Greensboro.
